Privacy Policy
We do not share one customer's personal pictures with others. We care for their privacy at our level best.
Payment Policy
Personalized gifts are exclusively made on special order for certain person(s), so 30 percent payment is required after design approval and balance before delivery.
Cash On Delivery option available for selected gifts/locations, conditions apply - depending on each order.
Shipment Policy
You may pick your ordered gifts from our Collection Point in Shadman Market, Lahore - Pakistan. Please follow the visiting timings.
Pre-informed visits may save your time.
Home Delivery
For home delivery, mostly we take services from third parties like Pakistan Post, TCS, Leopards Courier etc. We do safe and secure packing for delivery, still all goods are delivered at customer's risk. We prefer that you pick from our Collection Point, if you can't visit then, on your behalf, we can book your order at Courier/Cargo company. Once packet is booked at Courier/Cargo company, our control on gifts is finished. You may track shipments on their websites. If delivery is thru Pakistan Post, its bit difficult to track. Packing charges may/will be applicable for some products like mug, clock, etc. For mug, we have designed strong gift box with many safety features. Considering environment, recycled material has been used in it.
Openable and Easily Re-Packable Gift Packing available on demand. You may see the gift before gifting it.
Order Procedure
Please give the details, what your want to print. It could be pictures / quotes / names etc.
We will make design according to your given details. And will email/whatsapp you for approval. After approval and payment, we will prepare your gift.
You may collect from Shadman Market or we will deliver as per your prior instructions.
Payment Procedure
You can pay cash at shop in Shadman Market, Lahore.
--OR-- You can Cash Deposit in our bank account.
--OR-- You may transfer thru any ATM or Mobile Banking of any bank.
--OR-- You may pay thru EasyPaisa / MobiCash.
Overseas Pakistanis can send payment through Western Union / Money Gram / IBAN etc.
Some other payment options may available, depending on customer's location, and payment amount etc.
Delivery Procedure
You may collect from Collection Point in Shadman Market - Lahore.

Home Delivery option available for most of the gifts, all over Pakistan.
Cash On Delivery (CoD)
Cash on Delivery option available for selected gifts / locations etc. Different Conditions apply.
If CoD, delivery will be thru Pakistan Post.
If not specified, mostly all Home Deliveries are done thru Pakistan Post (UMS / Registered Mail). Delivery thru TCS will cost bit high. Delivery Charges depend on product, quantity, weight, delivery time, distance etc. Will inform you charges according to your order.
